Multiple sources organized into to centralized performance support system
Analyzed the client’s development and delivery processes against their needs for all learning solutions and designed an online performance support system, addressing many of the major pain points causing delays and obstacles for the client. For this project, I designed the solution and led strategy meetings, product proposals, and demonstrations to the client and to the client’s leadership to gain buy-in and approvals.
Tools available included MS SharePoint, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Acrobat Pro.
The above promo shows the first iteration of the project where our goal was to transfer the existing resources into the new framework. Later iterations would tackle improving what was in the center and some of the redundant navigation that crept in.

Designed and developed a knowledge bank for facilitators and administrators delivering courses in the Security Operations Training Initiative (SOTI), a partnership between the Department of State and the Department of Defense. This was an urgent need that had to be filled quickly to avoid file size limits in email and sharing of stale versions. Project work included tool selection, design for the site structure, selection of graphic assets, and coordination for review and site testing.
Tools available included Squarespace, OneDrive, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Acrobat Pro DC.
